The Conscious Plate is a collaborative project for Hotelschool The Hague. The main challenge was how to make the hospitality sector more sustainable. My team focused on food waste and how we can change the dining experience into an educative and fun manner. We built an interactive table with physical and digital elements that is can be seen in the video.
